Flexible Options
We know bail can be a financial burden. That's why we offer payment arrangements for qualified clients so that cost is never a barrier to bringing your loved one home.
Our goal is to make it as easy as possible to get your loved one released. When you cannot pay the full premium upfront, we may be able to set up a payment plan that works for your financial situation.
A down payment is required upfront before the bond is posted. The amount depends on the total bail and your specific situation.
We set up a payment schedule for the remaining balance. Payments are made on agreed-upon dates until the premium is paid in full.
A cosigner with verifiable employment and income is required to guarantee the payment plan. Specific requirements are listed below.
* Actual down payment and installment amounts are determined case by case. Call us to discuss your situation.
A cosigner is someone who agrees to take financial responsibility for the bond and ensures the defendant appears in court. Because of this responsibility, we have specific requirements for all cosigners.
The cosigner must hold an active, verifiable job — either as a W-2 employee or a documented self-employed / 1099 contractor.
A paystub dated within the last 30 days is required as proof of income. Self-employed cosigners must provide recent bank statements or a tax return.
Cosigners must be residents of Mississippi with a verifiable local address.
The cosigner must be a legal adult — 18 years of age or older.
A current driver's license, state ID, or passport is required for identity verification.
We must verify that every cosigner has stable, earned income. The following situations disqualify a person from serving as a cosigner on a payment plan:
Individuals whose primary source of income is SNAP (food stamps), TANF (welfare / cash assistance), SSI, or other state or federal assistance programs do not qualify as cosigners.
Cosigners must be able to demonstrate earned income. Individuals who are not working and cannot provide proof of employment are not eligible.
Anyone who cannot provide a valid government-issued photo ID will not be accepted as a cosigner.
Minors cannot legally enter into a bail bond agreement and cannot serve as cosigners.
When we post a bond on your loved one's behalf, we are taking on a serious financial responsibility. If the defendant fails to appear in court, we are liable for the full bail amount. The cosigner requirements exist to protect everyone involved — including you. A cosigner with stable, verifiable employment gives us confidence that the payment plan will be honored and that all parties are committed to ensuring the defendant appears in court as required.
We do not make these requirements to exclude anyone — we make them because a bail bond is a legal and financial commitment that requires accountability on all sides. If you have questions about whether you or a family member qualifies, please call us. We will do our best to find a solution that works.
We accept the following forms of payment for premiums and down payments:
